Abstract:
介绍了Fe-C-Cr-V合金的凝固特点,以及钒对该合金系显微组织的影响.当钒含量小于5%时,钒使合金的共晶点稍向右移;当钒含量大于5%时,钒使共晶点左移.钒含量大于2%后,钒能抑制Cr/C小于5的Fe-C-Cr合金中M3C的形成,得到含M7C3型碳化物的Fe-C-Cr-V合金.由于γFe结晶后不久发生(γFeMC)共晶反应,缩短了γFe枝晶长大的温度范围,使γFe枝晶细化.为得到MC体积量>M7C3体积量,指出了C、Cr、V三元素含量的适用范围,这对正确制定高钒Fe-C-Cr-V合金的化学成分有参考价值.
