我国作为国际直接投资大国,利用外资对于整个国民经济有重要影响.文章以大量数据对我国外商直接投资利用的特点以及存在的问题进行了分析,针对外商直接投资产业引导的问题,通过中印两国的比较提出了相应的政策建议.
