Abstract:
提出一种空心阴极放电等离子烧结方法,对该种工艺的加热功率特性和应用进行了试验研究.结果表明,放电加热功率的大小与空腔尺寸、放电电压和工作气压有关,在满足空心阴极效应的条件下,空腔尺寸越小,放电电压和工作气压越高,加热功率越大.空心阴极烧结工艺可制备出致密度高,导热性能好的AIN陶瓷和较高致密度的铈钨样品.
