教师的专业化水平可通过教师的学习效果来体现。从教学能力、个人学习力、组织学习力和综合素质四个维度八个具体评测指标,对北京市中小学教师的学习效果进行问卷调查和统计分析,并初步探讨其表现特点及其成因。
