本文在广泛搜集近年来有关资料基础上,对保险业综合经营(或混业经营)的涵义与作用、必要性与可行性、问题与弊端、机遇与挑战、发展趋势、发展思路与战略对策等内容进行了简要概述,初步勾画了保险业综合经营理论体系的初步框架.
