Abstract:
以环境扫描电镜(ESEM)为基础,配置氧气微注入系统及加热台附件,作为ZnO纳米线生长的微型实验室.实验结果表明,纯Zn片在环境压力为1×10-2 Pa和300 ℃的环境条件下,可原位反应生成直径几十纳米的、较均匀的ZnO纳米线.
