Abstract：
基于Nd:GdV04的能级结构和速率方程,对激光二极管抽运的Nd:GdVO4固体激光器的输入输出特性进行了理论研究.通过数值计算了泵浦光斑和振荡光斑大小对输出功率和振荡阈值功率的影响,并与Nd:YVO4和Nd:YAG晶体进行了比较.理论上计算了ND:GdVO4/KBe2Be3F2(KBBF)的相位匹配特性,并与CsLiB6O10(CLBO)和β-BaB2O4(BBO)进行了比较.所得结果对该类器件参数优化具有参考价值.
