Abstract：
为了验证研制出的CPU散热器的散热效果,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该CPU散热器进行了散热分析.研究了在室温和自然对流条件下,同等尺寸的普通CPU散热器和热管式散热器的温度场分布.研究结果表明,所建议的热管式CPU散热器能有效地降低CPU的温度.
