3.3进口食糖产品的竞争
在国际贸易中,普遍采用双边贸易形式稳定贸易关系[3].为保持国内市场糖价稳定,各国都采取了高关税和严格的管理措施,将国内市场与糖价剧烈波动的国际市场相对隔开.我国进口食糖关税水平较低,国内市场极易受到国际低价糖的进口冲击.
