Abstract：
本文运用博弈论模型对政府和企业在构建产业链过程中的投入分配进行了分析,得出政府随着产业链构建的逐步完成会逐渐减少投入,而产业链的核心企业会在政府投入不能达到理想状态时主动进行投入,从而使产业链完整地构建和良好地运作.
