Abstract：
研究了烧结压力不同的CoSb3块体的热电性能.采用机械合金化和放电等离子烧结法快速合成了CoSb3块体,测试了其热电性能.结果表明,烧结压力对样品的热电性能没有明显的影响规律,所得样品具有典型的半导体电学特征及较低的热导率,其热电优值ZT在400℃时取得较大值,200 MPa下烧结的样品最大值达到0.047 9.
