Abstract:
研究了稀土钼阴极的热发射、次级发射及亚微米结构钪钨基扩散阴极的热发射性能.结果表明,La2O3-Mo热阴极具有良好的热电子发射性能并具有抗暴露大气的能力.稀土钼次级发射材料经过1000~1200℃的高温激活处理后,材料的最大次级发射系数超过4.0.湿法冶金方法制备的亚微米结构钪钨基扩散阴极850℃b时电流密度可达47 A/cm2,且阴极表面的发射均匀性较普通钪酸盐阴极有明显的改善.
