Abstract：
介绍盖包的类型、特点、设计及主要尺寸的计算.与用敞口包冲入法比较,用带盖包进行球化处理的好处是:①反应镁光和烟尘大幅度减少;②镁的吸收率提高(＞60%),球化剂费用可节省30%;③铁液温降减少40℃;④氧化渣量减少达50%;⑤球化处理质量稳定性和可靠性提高.
