Abstract：
定量分析了电子收费(Electronic Toll Collection,简称ETC)技术应用产生的社会经济效益.本文通过比较分析的方法,基于排队模型,建立了ETC技术应用在提高收费站通行能力、减少收费产生的交通延误以及降低能耗与尾气排放的效益评价模型.模型的计算结果表明,在收费站通行能力相对不足的条件下,ETC技术应用社会经济效益非常显著.
