车辆停放是道路交通中的一项重要内容,是交通运行过程中不可分割的组成部分.长期以来,在解决小城市交通问题时,人们往往把研究的重点放在动态交通上,忽视了静态交通的发展,从而导致交通整体运行的效率低下.因此,研究小城市的停车特性有助于正确引导和管理小城市停车,从而提高整个城市的交通水平.
