使用Nd:YAG激光在平板试样上进行了精密环切喷油嘴喷孔的前期实验研究.激光器采用脉冲泵浦的形式,使用Cr4+∶ YAG进行被动调Q,子脉冲宽度28ns,子脉冲能量1.5mJ,激光平均功率为1W.试样材料选用45#钢,壁厚为0.5mm,打孔形式采用环切法,最终得到入口240μm、出口233μm、圆度小于10μm的小孔.
