在目前市场化、国际化背景下,如何增强我国汽车工业的自主开发能力已成为迫切需要解决的问题.文章通过对比我国1994年和2004年两部汽车产业政策中有关自主知识产权的规定,提出了支持我国汽车工业自主开发的政策建议.
