Abstract:
从全数字控制角度出发,针对目前常用短路过渡CO2焊波形控制方式的不足,提出了自然波形控制方案.工艺试验证明,与传统波形控制方法相比,自然波形控制在短路过渡的中大工艺参数区间内抑制瞬时短路作用明显,短路过渡频率较高,焊接电弧稳定性增强.
