简述了粒子测量的现状和进展.基于Mie散射理论的激光散射粒子测量技术适用于粒径小于10μm的焊接烟尘颗粒.这种方法具有不干扰、不接触粒子场、测量的粒子尺寸范围宽、时间和空间分辨能力高等优点.
