Abstract：
为了实施＂经济维修＂战略,武钢从1985年开始启动设备诊断工作,经过20年的努力,已建立了基于振动量的关键设备网络化监测系统,初步实现了预知维修.本文通过粗轧机输出轴轴承损坏故障诊断等实例说明振动监测技术在武钢＂万点受控＂管理工程中的作用,有关经验可以供国内外其它大中型企业进行设备量化管理时借鉴.
