Abstract：
高速线材轧机由于转速较高,其机械传动系统易出现突发故障.由于该类齿轮箱的结构特点及故障类型的差异性,采用时域分析和频谱分析的适应性有所差异.通过实测数据的分析表明,轴承类故障对于高阶的时域分析指标异常敏感,而在常见的齿轮箱故障中,转轴类零部件故障的识别和判断难度相对较高.
