本文运用房地产周期波动理论以及博弈论中库诺特模型以及伯川德悖论,对我国房地产市场波动的各个时期进行分析,最终得出房地产市场的稳定结构即是一种产业集中垄断的市场结构,因此须辅之予国家政策的调整,才能防止房地产泡沫的产生.
