研究了北京奥运交通系统对ITS的需求,分析了建设奥运ITS的必要性;通过分析北京市的城市总体社会经济状况,研究了北京交通系统的供给、需求和问题,预测了北京ITS发展状况.最后,文章得出了北京市有能力、有条件发展和建设奥运ITS的结论.
