Abstract：
采用365 nm的门光束和633 nm的记录光,在LiNbO3:Fe:Cu晶体中实现了双色记录和无损读出.通过适当的预敏化,在门光束光强与记录光强分别为20 mW/cm2和390 mW/cm2时,得到的灵敏度和饱和衍射效率分别0.004 cm/J和37%.同时还研究了LiNbO3:Fe:Cu晶体中的暗保存时间、光擦除时间常数以及用脉冲光作门光束时的双色存储性质.
