自由曲面类零件因其形状不规则使得传统测量工具难以对其制造误差进行精确检测.利用坐标测量机将零件表面数字化,获得零件的"数据形状",再通过坐标转换或数据配准方法确定"数据形状"与零件的"模型形状"的共同基准,最后基于共同基准实现测量数据与零件数学模型(CAD模型)的误差分析.
