Abstract：
本文以道路交通事故的小概率随机事件的本质特征作为研究起点,运用概率分布与概率统计的理论体系,探讨从工程的角度减少与减轻道路交通事故危害的思路与方法论,遴选了道路交通安全的关键指标,构建了道路交通安全工程研究对象的范畴与层次,并探讨了相应的解决方案与技术路线.
