Abstract:
为了使弧焊逆变电源具有单位功率;因数和恒电流输出特性,在研究PWM整流、逆变技术的基础上,提出了采用DSP实现孤焊逆变电源功率因数校正控制和后级逆变桥路控制的策略.前级功率因数校正环节采用基于三相dq旋转坐标下的双闭环PI控制整流技术,后级全桥逆变器采用传统的PWM调制技术.采用Matlab软件simulink电源模块,对前后级控制电路进行校正和仿真分析,并得到仿真波形.通过对实验样机验证了方案的可行性,输入电流总谐波畸变率能控制在10%以内,功率因数接近1.
