从传统的ABCD规律出发,用扩展的非线性介质传输矩阵详细分析了克尔自锁模Cr4+:YAG激光器激光介质中的光斑变化.结果发现,虽然半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)的引入使两臂的等效长度不再相等,从而破坏了稳区的连续性,却增强了激光器的非线性效应,使锁模脉冲更易得到.实验得到的最大谱线展宽为40 nm.
