Abstract:
建立了一套用超临界CO2萃取法提取柑橘皮中具有抗癌生物活性的黄酮,用硅胶柱作为预处理柱,以二氯甲烷作为洗脱剂,并用高效液相色谱法测定柑橘皮中黄酮的含量的方法.色谱条件为C18柱,紫外检测器,检测波长为270nm,流动相为甲醇的水溶液(V(甲醇)/V(水))=65/35),温度30℃.超临界CO2萃取的最佳条件为:温度为60℃,压强为35MPa,改善剂乙醇150mL,萃取时间为3h.该法提取柑橘皮中的黄酮的萃取率和选择性都好于有机溶剂萃取法,黄酮的萃取率是有机溶剂萃取法的2倍.与传统的有机溶剂萃取法相比超临界CO2萃取法具有省时、萃取效率高且无有毒废弃物等优点.
