Abstract:

0 前言
淀粉生产主要以玉米为原料,玉米浸泡是淀粉生产中很重要的一步.即通过浸泡,使玉米的组织结构发生一系列物理和化学的变化,为分离工序创造条件.玉米浸泡水就是该工序浸泡玉米后的水.浸泡完毕之后,须将该水排出系统之外.该水含有大量的玉米蛋白、无机盐和糖类等,COD和BOD值分别高达40000 mg/L和20000 mg/L.因其富含N、P,如果直接外排,就会极大地加速江河湖泊的富营养化进程,对生态环境造成极大的破坏.
