结构的安全性是结构设计最主要的追求目标.笔者对＜混凝土结构设计规范＞GB50010-2002和＜建筑结构荷载规范＞GB50009-2001较原规范在提高钢筋混凝土结构设计安全度的必要性、所作的重大调整以及途径问题上进行了探讨.
