根据对若干项工程所作的不确定性分析研究的体会,论述了不确定性分析在工程建设中的重要性.提出项目可行性研究阶段的不确定性分析必须按＜水利建设项目经济评价规范＞的要求为业主提供决策依据,做到项目的目标管理与风险管理同步,使项目收到好的经济效益.
