Abstract：
研究了在钼中添加稀土氧化物对几种钼丝的组织及性能的影响.结果表明,添加适量稀土能够获得细小均匀的还原钼粉,烧结后的钼坯条的晶粒细小均匀,掺杂提高了钼丝材的室温强度和再结晶温度,这种稀土钼丝材经1 700 ℃高温退火后具有良好的延伸率,有利于热阴极用的定型加工.
