Abstract:
在爆炸法合成的纳米金刚石粉涂层上, 用微波等离子体化学气相沉积法制备了含有大量纳米晶的金刚石薄膜.应用XRD, Raman和SEM对其结构进行了分析.应用平面薄膜二极式结构研究了它的场电子发射特性, 结果表明:这种含有纳米金刚石的薄膜具有更低的开启电压(1.8 V/m)和更高的场发射电流密度(50 mA/cm2).应用纳米金刚石晶粒的量子尺寸效应对这种实验结果给予了理论说明.
