Abstract:
针对空心探针方法,对探针微孔孔径、测量点数对测量精度的影响进行了分析,建立了光束直接测量的模型,并进行了计算. 当被测光束与探针微孔孔径比为1%时,相对误差小于2%;每条扫描线的测量点数为30时,误差小于0.2%,得到了满足测量精度要求的微孔的孔径、测量点数,实现了对大功率激光功率分布的有效检测. 此结果适于光束直接测量的应用.
