Abstract:
通过改变熔敷金属中Co元素的含量、焊后热处理工艺和堆焊层数,对时效硬化工具合金TIG金属粉芯焊丝堆焊金属的硬度、红硬性和时效硬化机理进行了研究.研究结果表明:Co元素含量和焊后热处理工艺对堆焊金属的硬度和红硬性有显著影响;当采用560℃×2.5h时效处理可使堆焊金属获得最佳时效效果;随Co含量增加,堆焊金属的硬度和红硬性增加,最高硬度可达70.2HRC,经650℃加热6h后的硬度仍能保持在60HRC以上.
