Abstract:
采用提拉法生长出钨酸钕Nd2(WO4)3单晶。 通过光谱测试确定了Nd 3+的能级结构, 采用波长为808 nm激光二极管作为激发光源, 室温下观测到457和65 7 nm两个波段的上转换荧光, 分别相应于2D5/2→4I11/2和 2G7/2→4I9/2跃迁, 457和657 nm处的上转换荧光强度与激发光功率 分别成线性关系和平方关系。
