本课题利用北京市密云县铁矿尾矿来探索制备微晶玻璃的配方,使尾矿得以再利用,减少了尾矿的污染问题.首先,分析了铁矿尾矿成分并进行改性;其次,晶核剂种类的选择和用量的确定;最后,选择合理工艺流程和热处理制度.主要借助的研究手段为差热分析和X衍射分析仪.
