Abstract：
本文提出了一种改进遗传算法（IGA），通过加入混合选择、小范围竞争择优的交叉变异操作，以及过滤相似个体，并动态补充新个体的操作，提高全局搜索性能和收敛速度.测试试验表明了算法性能优于许多现有算法.
