Abstract：
文章在探讨科技型中小企业特点及类型的基础上 ,分析指出科技型中小企业发展的资金瓶颈在于间接融资渠道不畅 ,信息不对称等原因 ,认为科技型中小企业融资的可行途径是在政府完善宏观金融环境的基础上 ,大力发展风险投资 ,并积极在境外二板市场融资。
