Abstract:
建立了车门的有限元分析模型,考察了侧面撞击时,胶焊和电阻点焊车门的应力分布特征.结果表明,侧撞时,车门外板的内表面应力高,最高应力位于车轮弯曲缘中部;应力在胶焊车门中的分布比在电阻点焊车门中均匀,消除了电阻点焊车门中焊点处的应力集中;胶焊车门有更好的强度.
