以二氧化硅粉为无机粉料,玻璃粉为粘合剂,通过改变组分配比,实现了对陶瓷支撑体热膨胀系数的调节,从而使支撑体与表层硅基裂解膜热膨胀系数保持一致,以防止在高温条件下膜的龟裂. 同时,通过调节无机粉料及成孔剂等组分粒径的大小及其分布,控制陶瓷支撑体的孔结构. 制备出孔结构、强度,以及热膨胀系数等多方面,满足要求的多孔陶瓷支撑体.
