Abstract:

分子结构规整的有机硅树脂致密膜,经控制裂解可制得具有较高选择透过性的气体分离膜.这种膜是一种多孔膜,其最可几孔径为0.6 nm,具有极窄的孔径分布,对气体分离机理为分子筛分.膜对H2/N2分离因子可达90,对O2/N2分离因子可达17,比常规裂解膜高3~5倍.本文着重讨论了有机硅致密膜制备条件对其裂解膜性能的影响.
