一、引言
所谓B to C电子商务即Business-to-Consumer e-commerce,指的是企业与消费者之间的电子商务,通俗地讲就是网上购物.随着互连网的发展,我国越来越多的web站点开始进军电子商务,一方面使消费者购物更加方便、快捷,另一方面由于电子交易的风险和消费者网上购物的顾虑,阻碍了电子购物的增长速度,同时层出不穷的电子商场也缺乏规范化管理.
