应用交通部标准JT2 0 14— 89“溢油分散技术条件” ,通过大量的试验数据 ,寻找出不同温度、盐度和消油剂与原油配比不同时乳化率的变化规律 ,绘制出乳化率的变化曲线 ,并对中国海上溢油应急处理过程中消油剂的使用进行探讨。
