按国家标准测定了酱油和食用油的质量指标数值，考查了质量指标间的相关关系．提出了用“商品质量空间”，“商品规范质量空间”和“商品期望质量空间”“拟合”的方法评价商品质量标准的质量水平的设想．讨论了商品质量指标间线性关系相关分析的方法．
