Abstract：
对具有生物标志物属性的肿瘤膜蛋白进行高灵敏度和高准确性的定量分析，并阐明它们的表达量及时空分布与细胞行为变化和生理病理状态的内在关联性，对于肿瘤的早期诊断和高效治疗具有重要意义。同时在临床上，发展针对稀少细胞或单细胞的膜蛋白定量分析方法有利于提高细胞异质性对疾病进程和药物反应的认知。
