Abstract:
回流区和壁面剪应力与血栓形成和冠状动脉粥样硬化进展有着密切的联系。本文基于CT图像,建立不同面积狭窄率(AS,%)的冠状动脉模型,进行流固耦合计算。分析回流区范围和壁面剪应力的分布情况。发现面积狭窄率的增加导致回流区范围增大,壁面剪应力震荡加剧,局部出现极低剪应力值,从而加速了冠状动脉粥样硬化的进程。
