Abstract:
通过粉末冶金和压力加工的方法制备了以回收APT为原料和原矿APT为原料的稀土钨电极材料,对比分析了回收APT和原矿APT的粉末形貌和成分,对旋锻加工后回收坯条的显微组织进行观察,研究了回收APT制备的稀土钨电极的焊接性能,并与原矿APT制备的稀土钨电极进行了比较.结果表明:回收APT粉末的形貌比原矿APT粉末形貌较为复杂,S元素含量较高,回收APT作为原料对稀土钨坯条的加工性能影响不大,以回收APT为原料制备的稀土钨电极的焊接性能优良.
