Abstract:
针对航空发动机喷嘴采用直接加工的方式来改变其微观形貌特征,深入研究零件微观形貌特征对雾化性能的影响.通过对喷嘴内表面进行划刻来模拟加工中的喷嘴孔内表面产品缺陷,并对处理后的喷嘴进行性能测试研究.实验结果表明:燃油流量会随着喷嘴表面光洁度的提高而增大,喷嘴表面浅划痕对雾化锥角及流量的影响可忽略不计,而深划痕会严重影响雾化锥的形貌特征,并使燃油流量减少.
